Alarm at 4:00 AM. On the road at 4:30 AM. On the beach at 6:00 AM. Low tide at 7:00 AM. Only 2 degrees above the freezing point. Was it worth it? YUP! The sun sure felt good when it came up over the eastern ocean.

Along with the golden orange sunrise, I was rewarded with a few nice specimens of orange Stilbite, some golden Stilbite, and a some quartz with an Amethyst blush.

Quite a collection you found there, very nice to see. Well worth getting up early for. Like that $2 coin too, here in the states it seems difficult for gvmnt to figure out how to make a dollar coin that isn't easily confused with a quarter.
