After posting about this in another thread, a member wanted to see a pic, so I finally found a couple of photos showing the scraper and how it fits the hand. It appears to have had a lot of heavy use and was likely discarded rather than lost. I at first thought is was a chunk of pretty Jasper, so put it in my bucket and forgot about it for a year or so. I finally sorted the things I had kept from that trip and again was admiring the colors of this piece. As I was turning it in my hand looking it over, it just fell in to place in my palm and I realized it had been created rather than just a random broken piece of stone. It doesn't show much breccia effect in the first pic, but is more apparent on the other side. This was found in the same creek where I found the big chunk of material that is so similar to Stone Canyon
