Starting to feel like deja vu. Each week another few pounds of apache tears finish up stage one in the rotary and go into the loto for a 7 day run. This will repeat it self for about 8 weeks so I should have about 16 pounds of finished tears in the end. Gets boring but I want to muscle through it while I have my formula down pat. This weeks finished tears and this weeks tears that go into the loto. thanks for looking, Cuhck

So shiny! Those tears look like fun. Where do you get them?

So shiny! Those tears look like fun. Where do you get them? I bought 40 pounds of the tears from an ebay seller that had 150 pounds to sell. He was not a rock person and I have not seen him list anything else since. I sold 20 pounds of the rough at a local show which makes my 20 pounds free. I sure wish it worked that way more often. Are you doing them to sell at your shows, or do you have another plan for them?

That is a great question Jugglerguy. The easy answer is I am doing them because I like doing them but they do sell good at shows and decent on etsy. I will probably end up using a bunch as gifts. These always look great in a glass dish and even people that are not into rocks usually love them. I gave away 30 of them over the weekend for my nieces birthday party. Her mom asked me for shiny rocks for a project they are doing at the party and I figured with all apache tears there wouldn't be any fitting over who got the better rock. Chuck

Isn't it cool to see them in both stages... People wouldn't believe it without proof...You got it down to a science Chuck....John
