Never bought a piece of used equipment for more than half of todays new price, 1/3 is usually more appropriate.
Does the Covington 24" have the same bizarre vice carriage and the feed clutch. I think maybe the reason so many Covington saws are out there looking like new is people gave up in frustration and they were never used. This one has been on CL for months.
