I think that is Picasso Marble not jasper. If you are looking to cab Picasso Marble the secret to polish is Zam.

I agree with orrum. Trade names are tricky but in general there is common picasso MARBLE which I see above - softer material. It is often mis-identified on Ebay and other outlets as jasper. There is a similar picasso JASPER from southern California that is much harder and takes a fantastic shine. It's also very expensive.
