I had to take a break from wrapping for a while due to strange circumstances that had to be taken care of. I am finally back to my normal life and finally finished the tumbled carnelian I started weeks ago. But first here's the agate (it might be the 'denritic' agate, I misplaced the name tag that drocknut had inserted in the bag the stone came in). So yes, this cab is from drocknut, in silver filled wire. And here's the tumbled carnelian. It is definitely not flat but it is so pretty that I just had to wrap it. It's in 14k gold filled. Sorry again for the pic quality. Darnit, I forgot to put the quarter next to it, but the stone is slightly smaller than a quarter, maybe nickel size. Anyway, I hope you like them.

Funny I don't recognize the cab. You did a great job on both of those. I love how elegant they both look.

2 very nice wraps. It's been cool watching your progress, you've come a long way in a short period of time.

Thank you! Thank you all for such nice comments.. I'm definitely developing my own style and preference of 'how things go' but I'm constantly trying to refigure this and refigure that.. Sometimes I don't want to look at anyone else's work just so that I get a sense of what I want to do and not feel like I'm copying. But then I also realize it's not like I'm copying others, that sometimes there's a basic way to wrap and to follow the basic way is perfectly ok.. as long as we all put our own flair to our wraps.
