That is really cool and a beautiful area. The beaches on Vancouver Island have a lot of amygdaloidal basalt. My favourites tint blue/sometimes other colours. Not big like that though. Thanks for the pics.

Wow!! Enjoyed your trip pics, 150FromFundy. Amazing that the geodes and nodules fall onto the beach because of the erosion. Nice finds!!
