Here's some of my recent tumbles. My phone (which is where I note dates) bit the big one, so I don't know exactly when these were started, but it was sometime in March. This is a mix of stuff self-collected from the southwest and a little picked up from Crossroads Treasures (rock store in Santa Ysabel, Ca). Most of it is ehh, but there's some I really like. Either way, it's something to look at, right? Bunch o' stuff I like my rocks color coordinated. The last of the geode/thunderegg bits "Big" rocks Thanks for looking. (Sorry for shallow depth of field in some of these; I'm still getting used to a new lens with a wide aperture. Let's just call it artistic.)

Those are really nice Amy. You got a nice shine on them and there is a great variety.
And keeping notes about your dates on your phone - isn't that risky? JK

Thanks folks. The striped one is from Crossroads Treasures, but I don't really know what it is. It has more of a satin finish than an actual polish. And as for my phone, it was a good system until, well, it wasn't. Load the barrels, snap a pic (notes the rocks, load, grit, etc.), and add any additional notes and you're done. Oh well. I was never that good at keeping track of things anyway.

third photo top left rock is my favorite. thanks for taking time to post pictures. we need more activity here. your striped one might be a rhyolite from New Mexico. try googling "candy rock rhyolite". Satin shine for that material is very common but it can take a good shine sometimes. member NM Stone Supply would know for sure if thats what it is Chuck

Nice job! The wonderstone bullseye is awesome, and I also like the breccia in the last photo (lower right).
