I have been anxious to get this one groove wrapped and I am pretty happy with it. I had a hard time deciding what wire would look good with it and ended up choosing sterling silver with a light patina added after. Believe it or not this cab was tumbled in the load of rough snakeskin agates I posted yesterday. Thanks for looking Chuck

Exquisite! Great material, framing and shine. And of course the groove wrap is awesome, as always.
When your finished rocks have that much of a shine on them, you must make sure you are appropriately attired when you take pics, lol. (Just kidding, you did well.)

Wow, what a shine on a great cab. The wire looks good. I've always seemed to have trouble deciding what wire to use on mookaite.

Terrific job Chuck. Great layout! Is that a hairline crack in it that miraculously held together?

Terrific job Chuck. Great layout! Is that a hairline crack in it that miraculously held together? That could be a healed fracture or just part of the pattern. This one is perfectly smooth and solid. Slab was 6" x 3" and this was the only spot that called out to be cabbed. Chuck
