Well @shotgunner wanted to see this and it took me a while to find one but I finally found some red strawberry quartzite. not sure if i'll keep it yet or not but I did bring it back

not sure where I can get one that large.... well maybe.. The one I sent off in my $50 box was large and had a mix of red and yellow... still awaiting pics to stt what the slabs off it look like.

Like I said this material is hard to find in good quality (not slight red in mostly white)

If you really want some I will bring it if I ever find it

Last weekend I found a large chunk of red / black/ white quartzite... its not at my house now but if you want with it I am willing to part with it... not sure that its a 5" cube though... Definitally a keeper for me though

Will do, It is burred in a tub but i'll dig it out soon. i'm hoping to move most of my rock over this weekend or the next weekend.
