Howdy folks, Spent the Pm yesterday cutting more Rios. Cut open four nodules and every one different. What fun! Anyway, here are the pics. Thanks for looking.....Mel First one is nice red moss, pretty typical of the type. Number two is nice golden moss ala Woodward with just a hint of red plume. Number three was even better, nice tube agate. And finally, number four was out of the dang ballpark cool. Super rare peanut agate which is sort of a geode conglomerate. I've only ever found one or two hunks of this at Woodward Rch.

The peanut is really neat but I like the tube one the best. probably because of the bold colors.

Nice variety.
Batten down the hatches Mel, looks like you may have some nasty weather headed into Texas.
Fingers crossed that it goes north of you!

3 and 4 are amazing. How do you display your slabs? I have a lot of slabs, but generally consider them cabbing inventory, sorted and stored in cardboard and cigar boxes.
