WOW! I thought rock hounding was tough.
Now if you learn to eat bugs you will be an awesome contender on Survivor.

Somebody stays in great shape. My friend is 60 and does very well at those. My best friend in childhood is 58, we are 1 day difference in age. I win bets on him in sprints with young men 1/3 his age. He was always fast. More power to the old school guys.

My ankles were in bad shape from old injuries and they both had to be fused. Kinda knocked me out of doing any running. it's OK, plenty of other stuff to do. Those 50's start to reveal bodily issues. Enjoy your mobility, it is a gift.
