one of my dino buddies recently found this 3 pound chunk. It is pretty bright orange for dino bone. I have seen multiple times folks show bone and say orange but its more redish. Red is more common in dino bone.

This has quite a bit of yellow. In hand I can see amethyst and also green. Going to leave this one uncut. The face has a natural looking polish to it. This thing is very compacted with agate.

cool looking agate worm on top. Not for shure or not if that was once a long cell.

no. Havent had a whole lot of free time the last month. Been working doing asbestos removal at schools with a lot of overtime.

I heard the ticket sales were insane. 500 million in China. 200 million in USA. Over 1 billion total. Id like to see it for shure.

oh..and yes Gingerkid, for now I am keeping it as rough specimen. The cells have an exposed look and also has a natural shine. Most dino bone in the rough is kinda chalky looking or dull.

Weathered surface texture is like a rasp. Sho nuff has the color going on.
