I hope you land a role in a movie, jamesp. Do you have any idea what movies may be filmed on your property? Deliverance II? J/K.

I hope you land a role in a movie, jamesp. Do you have any idea what movies may be filmed on your property? Deliverance II? J/K. yes, Deliverance II. broseph82 and me delivering ha! No movie contract Jan, just rights to media filmed on the property. That operation does scary, zombie, woods scenes, chase scenes, intrigue, farms for the most part. They have an operation in Malaysia and the Dominican Republic. So tropical/bamboo scenes may be part of what they are after. crazy eh ? James happy with lease money. No roles, unless it is older zombie dude.

Pretty soon you'll be polishing something besides rocks, a guy named Oscar. If they have any brains they will lease the farm and not me. Heard of 'B' movies, try a 'Z' movie-about my speed.

Grantor(me) has to provide insurance. Typically called 'event insurance'. EX. Crew of 75 on Georgia site for 3 days is $230. 2-3 million/occurrence/person. Includes equipment, grounds etc. So it is cheap to insure what is considered 'an event'.

Now they want a 'location agreement'. To be filed in Pinewood's international library of film sites. la de da
""As a potential location that will feature on the Pinewood Studios Group locations database, the information requested on this form is required to review the location and set up on the database. Please fully complete this form with all relevant information, ensuring that you sign where indicated below, and return the completed form to your Pinewood contact.""

The Pinewood rep has contacted me every week for five weeks. Guessing he has high hopes for his tenant film companies wanting to film in the bamboo. Bring it on !!
Talking around, going rate is $3000-$5000/day, hmmm. Lots of coral trips to be financed. Gotta hit Sumatra/Indo coral rivers. Not coming back if going to Indonesia. Meet my Polynesian wife honey.
Cart before the horse LOL.
