Very cool. Did you have to drill a hole through the center for a way to hang it?

It's gorgeous! Please do also post a photo once it gets installed (I'm very curious).

Very cool to be part of a project like that and the piece you created is awesome. I agree that a photo or even better a video of the finished project is a must see.

Awesome!!! Those are the fun type of jobs to get, projects to be a part of. I hope when the project is completed and they have installed it, they allow you to take credit for it. Would be nice to get some more business out of it.

That's very cool. I think that not being 100% Petoskey makes it more interesting.

That is sooo nice! I love cores, too. Will you be able to show a photo of the entire finished project?

That is so cool! I am always trying to think of things to do with all the rocks I have. Your project is AWESOME. Yes, please be sure to post a pic of the finished pendulum sand tracer.

Wow, what a great project! I love those sand pendulum thingies and a big one sounds extra fun.

Amazing. I saw one of the pix when you posted a hint about it on Twitter. But I'm glad to know the whole story.

Congrats on the contract there rattlehead! I think they made a great choice by picking that core, it is really incredible. It would be nice if we saw a photo of the completed project when that happens. ~Roland

I dropped it off Thursday. I'm still waiting to hear if it's a go or if they want a full Petoskey stone instead. I think they are starting to install in November-ish. I'm sure I'll get some pics of it eventually. Here is the company website: www.xibitz.com/They do some really cool stuff all over the world and they are just a small local company a few miles from me.
