Looks ike opalized wood. Is it (the slice)? Tom It is all pet wood from stinking water, including the one in the back. the spheres were made by Richardson ranch a few years ago. Hard to impossible to get them to do any these days. The one with the black dead goose in the center is elm from stinking water. It was a one off piece I picked up, did not know how good it was until i washed it off and got even better when I cut it. It is all opalized.
