My wife likes to wear leather bracelets. She also liked a picture jasper I recently cabbed. I decided to try and combine the two as a surprise for her. I made it with hammered copper. I may need to add another prong to help secure it, but it seems to work okay.  Close up of the stone and mount  Has anyone else made mounts for stones to leather wrist bands? I would really like to see how they should be done lol. This is a tiger iron cab. I struggled to wire wrap it. I probably went through 10'-15' of copper before I decided any wire would just detract from the cab. I decided a glue-on bail was what it needed..   |

a google search using the words 'stone and leather cuffs" brought up tons of examples which would give some ideas. I like the idea of a copper mount on leather... and the picture in that cab is really pretty! She has to love it!
