Yep, same ingredients and forms similarly to the material from Utah, MI, and elsewhere. I do have more of this stuff that definitely has more of that classic septarian look to it.

Those are great looking! Is the rough big enough that you could make polished bookends? I'm wondering if you can face polish a big piece instead of slabbing and get to see all of the interesting complexity?!

orrum, you sure can! The material's soft, of course, but it does take a polish. Here's a wrap from some of this material: rockroller, most of the rough is basketball size. Bookends are a great idea. Or maybe a sphere! Thanks, snowmom!
