Yet again I'm very pleased with the service and material I bought from riverbendlapidary I could not be happier with the box of rocks I got from Jeremy yesterday - I'm not easily impressed but the quality of what I received made my jaw drop. seriously. |

riverbendlapidary Have you personally worked the leopardskinrhyolite? It seems to cut in the saw fine, but every piece I've tried working so far either crumbles half off or has chipped off. I'm going to try another piece tomorrow but it seems like it may need stabilizing unless you have an alternative.?

Along with the other materials I have purchased from riverbendlapidary , I was very pleased with the quality of leopardskin I received from JR. Cheers Cab fresh off the wheels  Took a nice shine  I think think the colors look best in this outside shot  |

It all has undercut for me so far. Gave it another go today and am not happy with it. During the polish stage the rings of the orbs polished, but not inside the orbs. My background around the streaks and orbs I can scratch with my finger nail (and thats after 14K wheel and polish). The mustard yellow color bled all the way up to 1200g wheel and undercut the most. It even chipped on me either 1200 or 3000 wheel (see pic).  |
