Wife is avid photographer. Has sold photos to a few artists and Rhodesian Ridgeback Magazine. Never any copyrights. LOL. James scores major victory, a bunch of copyrighted photos with the infamous international world renown massive humongo gigantucus Pinewood Studios. And a bunch of more copious adjectives for infliction on her behalf. HAHA, you got the serious whooping lady. A major defeat. Best purchase of fine set of ear muffs oh dearest. Not only that, they are listed on Pinewood's International site as suggested film sites for some serious rental income from the farm. Income way taking second position to bragging rights with the wife unit. Wife said to mention her fav TV show-Snapped. Pinewood link(I am the bamboo farm wifey) www.pinewoodgroup.com/production-services/pinewood-production-services-georgia/georgia-location-servicesSamples of MY copyrighted photos(too many to post Missy). Thanks for letting me use your camera by the way. Studio loft to be added by the end of the week as another site. That should add to the element of envy.

Oh yea, their email this morning Missy, emphasis on FANTASTIC
""Hi Jim, As of yesterday, we got the photos of your bamboo farm up online and I’ve included the link below so you can take a look. I plan on uploading the photos of the farm house and Rocky Shoals cabin today. All the pictures you sent over are fantastic; hopefully we can see it in person sometime.""
She conveniently left the house, I am alone now. Sweet

Very nice! We can all say that we knew you back before you became Hollywood James. She conveniently left the house, I am alone now. Sweet yeah... she has probably gone out to to give your credit cards some fresh air and exercise. You may win a battle, (best not to gloat too much when you do!) but you will never win the war.

As a former commercial photographer, i have a bit of experience in copyright law. Basically, when it comes to photography, your image is copyrighted at the moment it is made. it is then up to the photographer to register for copyright protection. that said, a third party may not copyright your work in their name w/o your express written permission that forfeits or transfer your copyright. if the photos were part of a work for hire and you transferred all rights to the buyer, then you're out of luck. i hope I understood your post correctly, hence this reply. oh, and sorry if this post is hard to follow, my caps shift isn't working. if in the event you took these photos without a written agreement, and they went and published your work w/their copyright, they are wrong, you right, and can sue for treble damages.

That last sentence in you post tickled me, lol...

Gotcha unclesoska. The photos are consented over to a movie hosting company via their image agreement. They are of my property. They have no value, but if they choose to film on my property another agreement is to be signed. At that point money would exchange for lease rights to film here. The image agreement was simply giving rights for the film hosting company to use my photos on their web site. Bragging rights to the Miss's was of more importance than any future income-ha. But it does look like the property is set up for potential use. Thanks for clarifying, all this a bit new to me. If they abuse my rights by not paying agreed sums then action may have to be taken. They do not seem to concerned about money.

I did build a dog house for future aforementioned situations riverrock, that is bigger than the house. Like 10 years ago after being put in the 'tent' a few times. No chance of winning wars captbob; battles do give satisfaction. Her polishing the credit cards a certain concern. And yes, I will still speak. Big head from gloating to wife very satisfying short term pleasure. The names placed on the photos really got her goat. Life is good, for the time being...

She did let me use her fine hand-me-down camera Jean. Which is full of dirt and has to be manually focused now thanks to me. It would be surprising if their popular website does not bring film companies to my place. AMC is now leasing from the newly opened Pinewood Studios. They are doing the Walking Dead series in several towns about 20 miles away from here. Being a series, it could bring repeated filming if they chose a bamboo theme. That is the biggest money maker being filmed close by on a repetitive basis. Please come film here, walkers welcome... Now Denise is claiming that advertising to film studios was her idea. That is a major LIE. I am the one burned out on keeping the groves up, I am the one looking for relief. Ha. Clever maneuver on her part. No end to the manipulation attempts. I am going to lose in the end, aren't I?? Oh well, for some reason the agreement contracts are all in my name and the Swiss bank account will get dialed in. By golly, I will funnel the income unbeknownst to her dang-it. ha In the end-I WILL BE VICTORIOUS !!

That's some true bamboo, pretty. Our bamboo is dense and usually yellow much of the year, I tried weaving through it in the winter, brrr. Leaves be getting in your hair. haha, nice.
I'd try the Baldwin look.

You don't have to send your $$ that far. I understand you can do the same thing (hide money) in the Bahamas. Be a good place to take a little vacation now and then, too. Switzerland? Not so much...
ETA - Alec Baldwin!

Ok, maybe not Dean. JamesP is a dead ringer for a cross between Steve McQueen and Malcolm McDonald. How's about this?

Is that you happy face? I think it has that move look . Or is it the look that someone just drank your last beer Sometimes people give me the same look when I tell them what's going on in my head. I knew you would have a dog house already built. But I guess the wife needs you for making the flower pots. Dude I keep looking at the photo , now I am getting scared. Nightmares tonight for sure.

This is my family and my cousin, cousin w/the mustache, me w/face scratched out And did not bring dates home cause they all wanted Dad, and he was a player
