Looks like Blue quartz. Massive form that comes from several locations including Brazil and the southeastern US. Nice wavy pattern in that one.

Brazilian Quartzite. There is a huge rift of it and the patterns sand colors myriad. Commonly found in the countertop biz.

They call it Azul Maucauba.
