I am just about to the bottom of my MFRB of Sabre52's rio grande agates. These sure are fun to cut and I can see how addicting they are now. I think I have cut about 60 slabs of this stuff. Here's one picture from each rock from this batch of cuts. thanks for looking Chuck Chuck

That's some mighty fine Rios you've cut there! Such beauty and variety.
I have a few of these that I need to get to cutting if I can ever decide on a way to hold them in the saw. Would like to cut longways. Someday I'll have the time to think on that.

Would like to cut longways. Someday I'll have the time to think on that. I took all the easy to hold nodules and basically cut them in half then glued both halves to boards to slab them. The only ones I have left now are the skinny ones that would need to be cut lengthwise so I might bust those up for tumbling to avoid the hassle. The tumblers need to eat too. Chuck

I have some Rio's that are tumbling size and a little larger, but so far I have not been able to find or capture the kind of colors or patterns you have there. Thanks for sharing!

I believe #2 is a fine Flowergarden agate. It is too showy. You will score if you ever make a trip there Chuck. Easy place to find loads of fine agate/jasper/wood.
PS Superb photos, that stuff shows well with a good macro. Another planet within.
