Wouldn't have recognized them as Dino bones. Looks like teeth on some. Thanks for showing.

I love it when you post bones! like Pat I would not have recognized them as bones at least at first. Wonderful color and crystals in those... are you sitting right by your friend's side when he goes through those crates? What a fun treasure hunt that would be. crates of old bones.... boggles the mind.

I live like 18 hours away from him.lol Every once in a while he shows me something he thinks I may like. These he wanted to see them stay as they were found. No polish. I like them also they way they are, no polish. I did take some good outdoor photos of these two. Will show them soon. I just took these photos late one night. Not the best under the desk lamp.

I appreciate that you post them regardless.

The minerals danced around in those. yep, all kinds of goodies in these two. Both from same dino. One of my favorite rough dino specimens. And the feller I got them from is very well know fossil rock hound for over 30 years. We have become pretty good buddies through facebook. Its amazing how many of the 30 + year veteran rockhounders are on there. I love it. Get to hear great rockhounding stories. also.. there is another one of my dino buddies from Moab, Utah that after he got on facebook and seeing other rockhounders and chatting it brought his interest back. Said he lost interest until he got on facebook and seen others on there in the groups. Some great groups on there.

Several coral sites, garnet sites, any rock you want to exploit. Bet there is plenty of dino bone groups. Looking at all the variation in your dino bone it is obvious they have agatized/silicified in many different situations.
