Love the buckets! Thanks for the business!! Scott, you in the home depot business? Best rock hauling buckets around. Jugglerguy It's a big ole agate from the brianhead area of southern utah. not sure if I'll break it up for slicing or just leave it as a yard decoration. has some nice reds and yellow with dendrites.

I work for Home Depot At Home Services.
Tidbit of trivia. Those buckets are the single largest volume sku in the entire store. All other items pale in comparison to its volume.

Did you see the agates I got last week? I could fit a couple dozen in one hand. Much more convenient to transport. They don't make very good yard rocks though.

it was kind of stupid. we were parked next to it and were like "gee, wonder how heavy it is?" so we tried lifting it up like dummies. well, we got it up and where like "ok now what?" so we ran it over to the truck bed and somehow lifted it in there. took 3 of us to do it. must weigh a thee hundred lbs at least.

I get my buckets from the deli/bakery department of the local grocery store. They're more like four gallon buckets, but they are free. They used to cost $1, but they just give them away now. Sorry I haven't supported your store, Scott.

Sorry I haven't supported your store, Scott. My store is in Chino! You could only on very rare occasion patronize my store. Lol My donut shop gets $1.50 for still dirty buckets. But apple filling doesn't harm jaspers.

I've made paths and walls around my yard out of ordinary field stone. Most of them I could pick up, but if found something the right shape that I couldn't lift, I rolled it up a 2x12 into the back of my Jeep. I don't think any of them weighed 300 lbs though.

When they are that size, one will generally make the day. A good time to think about building a recip. or wire saw.
