I wasn't sure where to put this, but since I mentioned her surgery here... Monday, my daughter had surgery for removal of one ovary and tube. Preliminary reports suggest NO CANCER!!!!!! We were pretty much assured by most everyone that it was cancer, so this is fabulous news! Plus, she will still be able to have children of her own. At 32, that was her greatest concern. I was more concerned about her life. Thanks for the prayers, well wishes and messages. It's been a nerve wracking month.

Great news, Tela! Still sending you thoughts and prayers your way, til things are back to normal. Jean Thanks Jean. Yeah, I kinda feel like I am jumping the gun, but the oncologist feels very strongly that it is not cancer. I'll still feel better after the full pathologist report, though.

The oncologists gut feelings are almost always right Tela. They would not even hint that it was benign if they were not.damb sure? . Great news indeed!

I know that when I had my biopsy for breast cancer, the radiologist and thhe nurse kept saying that it looked like cancer, they hust kept saying that. They can tell by how it looks, especially if they have done very many, biopsies or surgeries either one. So if they thought it looked clean, chances are better then not that they know what they are looking at. Best of luck, Tammy

Thank you everyone. She was very blessed to have so many people think of her and offer her a prayer. I am blessed, too, because yesterday I got to spend the day out with her for her birthday. I actually got choked up a few times thinking about how I may have lost her.

We never know why it happens. All we know is that when it does, the Good Lord is there to see us through it all. Remember: HE is there no matter what happens.
