This is the second wire wrap I have made. I took some advice and played with copper wire, and used a flat sided stone. i.imgur.com/lOxBwi3.jpg

The stone I am not sure about either. I did get it from a box of awesome stuff from donnie's rocky treasures.

for a second attempt if you enjoy it your well on your way to having a fine collection of wrapped stones
Donnie definitely know whether it sodalite, lapis, or something other but the copper is a good shade to the blue
I won't write a long confusing explanation of how to post the image but it really simple and your very close to there
