This is a "new find" Turkish stone that is being named Ottoman Opal. I have only found one slab so far. It is an easy stone to work with and the variegated greens are beautiful in person.
I wrapped it in 24ga SS square and 24ga SS half round.
My wife stole this one from me lol

Great work, Roger! You're really coming along quickly. Beautiful stone, too. No wonder your wife grabbed it up.

Almost looks like Victoria stone.
How does it feel on the wheels? Soft, rubbery, hard, glassy.....
Have a pic of the rough?

That's a lovely shade of green, and nice job framing the wrap.

Never heard of that stone before but it sure is purdy. Great shape and nicely wrapped too.

Beautiful wrap and cab, Roger! Have not heard of Turkish Ottoman opal before, and as @shotgunner mentioned, it almost looks like Victoria Stone. Wonder if it's chrysopal?

Now that it's sold you can buy more wire and rocks. Looking forward to your next one.

Almost looks like Victoria stone. Yes, color wise, but no spray pattern as seen in Victoria stone.
