I made it to the Denver Coliseum Mineral, Fossil, and Gem Show yesterday where I was very disappointed at the extremely high prices of rough rock! One of the only things that I was willing to dish out some money for were some Mexican agates that I had not heard of before- Calandria Agates. The seller was a really nice guy that I wish I had gotten more info from, but the show was about to close. Now that I started cutting this first one...I think I'm going to regret not buying quite a bit more of these. First end cut Next cut...first slab To be continued.... ~Roland

Saw that guy on the way in but I was on my way to see someone else. Meant to go back but got distracted and forgot to do it. Obviously my loss.
