The 25# is 4 months old(our bloodline) and the 85#'er is 13 months old(1/2 our bloodline). The 25#'er got left with 2 siblings for a long 4 months and has acquired formidable skills in battle. Normally avoided. The 85#'er has been a couch potato for 11 months and become soft. We were stuck with babysitting. Note 5 year old in background bored with the sparring.

Cliff Notes version: puppy wants to play
We go through pretty much the same every morning around here with the rotties. Even tho the "puppy" is almost 2 now.
I like the "oh look, a tail!" there near the end of the video.

I like their sparring ring... Do they get to share your bed, or is that their own? Always love the youngsters getting into it with their elders. Have had some dogs that put the kibosh on it, no fun for you!!
Ditto what Diane said, love the bored spectator! She don't want none of it, lol.

Puppy frustrated and attacks it own tail near the end, not sure why. Definitely an IQ issue. Dad always said it's oK to be tough, but makes it easier if you're stupid.

I thought they were Red Bones Michael. Either way, neither would come close to winning against a bear except in Hollywood. Red Bone probably a grittier dog than a ridgeback. Ridgebacks bay, not noted for attacking. Have seen the Ridgebacks get into a brawl and that's not pretty.

I cut the video for that part. Right at the end she gave them a hint of what was to come, her south end to right. Yea, she is the fun police. All bark and no bite thankfully. The young ones shrivel back up in their foreskins (ha) when she gets involved. The gal is coming to pick up the pup tonight, his sparring partner in wife's car being returned-looking for peace here. Adults happy to see them gone.
