You may remember that I bought some obsidian from roy and I reported about the problems with the USPS in delivering it. Well, I got around to cutting one of the pieces that I thought was a double flow piece. When I cut the end off I noticed a little bit of translucency. But when I got the first slab off, I knew that this piece is a really amazing example of triple flow and it has amazing patterns in it! I really like the little specks that show up throughout the material too. And a final shot to show off the translucent pattern. Pretty sweet! Just want to say once again, that Roy (R & B Rockshop) will sell you some great stuff!! Enjoy, ~Roland

Fun stuff for sure. I have a small slab that I polished and it has the tri-flow pattern. The only issue is that it is pretty thin, and I am afraid to try and cut it into a cab so it will remain as is, just for my enjoyment.
