I know you are asking the folks here, but your local Craigslist is also worth checking often if you are not doing so. Takes time to find things offered on Craigslist, but I've found it worth the patience.

Along those lines, I use an app called Craigslist Pro that watched craigslist for you and notifies you when there is a new listing. I don't have the time or patience to check craigslist all the time, but the rpogram does.

I've found it to be worth the $1.99
