I have a highland park A50 serial #1617 for sale or trade for smaller unit. everything works good, it has 2 expando wheels on the left side a 100 and a 220 sic carbide wheels center and right, and a domed polishing lap on the right that still has the shield on it. this is an 8" cabber. I love this machine but it takes up a lot of space. I do not want to ship it, pick up or possibly meet. I don't know how to post pictures but if interested I can text pictures. its all mounted on a piece of plywood. asking 450.00 thanks.

I have one of these machines and it's a work horse for sure. Well built old time Highland Park classic. That's an excellent price! Here is a picture of MY unit before I refurbished it so people know what you are selling. (mine is missing the belt guard) Your location would probably help.

Hey capt, if you've got a cabbing machine why don't you make a cab for the contest?

pssst... where are you located? and, micellular, I actually have several cabbing machines. Just no desire. Maybe someday. I probably enjoy fixing them up more than I will making cabs!

Will visit when captbob kicks over. Thinking estate sale extraordinaire. Wife unit says that everything will be priced Five Bucks. Told her I won't be around to care, but it's her 401k sitting out there. Spent the past month marking rocks with identification and value. She wouldn't have a clue otherwise. Sorry for the chatting marinedad, but at least we are keeping your thread at the top!

Sorry for the chatting marinedad, but at least we are keeping your thread at the top! Pricing your stuff ? Planning on a demise ? Been aggravating the Ms. ? Drug deal gone wrong ? Stop by and get me a plane ticket before your departure please. The Plan for you(Parson's a Winter Haven native): "To fulfill Parsons' funeral wishes, Kaufman and a friend stole his body from the airport and in a borrowed hearse drove it to Joshua Tree. Upon reaching the Cap Rock section of the park, they attempted to cremate Parsons' corpse by pouring five gallons of gasoline into the open coffin and throwing a lit match inside. What resulted was an enormous fireball. The police gave chase but, as one account puts it, "were encumbered by sobriety," and the men escaped.[37] The two were arrested several days later. Since there was no law against stealing a dead body, they were only fined $750[40] for stealing the coffin and were not prosecuted for leaving 35 pounds (16 kg) of his charred remains in the desert. Parsons's body, what remained of it, was eventually buried in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Metairie, Louisiana." If you pulled that off this day and age they would bury under the jail.

Is this still available? How big is this exactly? still available, mounted on a 3/4" piece of plywood about 2x3feet without measuring. hope this answers your question. unit not mounted on the board is smaller.
