The yellow rocked striped with micro poppies is my favorite, the maroonish rock is only the second poppy jasper i've found like that.

micellular has rocks in the head Rock fever is curable with more rocks. Me too! That one has a lot of quartz through the rock. Some I keep as natural specimens with my collection (unique ones), some I have cut and polished or cabbed for my collection or gifts, mostly gifts. Many go to lapidary friends in the area and out. The rest are backyard landscape. Actually, i'm motivated to collect pj simply for the exercise and moment of the find. My wife can't believe rocks can look like that.
