While many people give this place accolades, I beg to differ. He will not stand behind his product. I bought some material at one of his auctions and it was not represented or pictured to what was actually sold. i left the material and the 40 dollars as I was committed to pay through the auction. He refused to even listen to me and told me I had no recourse.
His shop has an excellent collections of Lakers though and that alone is worth the stop.

I find the owner to be a very friendly person-------------------------IF you are buying. If you are not buying-not so friendly. My wife believes he may be a bit shy and a bit of an introvert, which may not be the best if you own a business. We have always found the staff to be courteous and friendly.
Not sure what you bought or what you expected, but when you buy with just pictures you can end up with less then expected and more rare, better then expected. Been there, had that done to me. That being said, I have held and inspected a rock very closely, found it to be a fantastic stone, only to put the saw to it and realize it was nothing like I thought it was going to be. Just the way the rock crumbles!
Part of the reason the shop feels different to a person like me is because it is more of a tourist type shop and I am more interested in lots of rough.
He does have the best collection of Lakers I have ever seen.
Other opinions may vary, mine is only based on personal experience.................................MrP
