Jimi, that's kinda up your way, too!!! Looks like some fresh paint on them...'reckon it would handle my 1-1/2" river gravel??? Which one are you going to get?

---------- just a note ----that 24" is the vise not the blade !! looks more like a 18 according to the pic ( the blade isn't as wide as the vise )

The "24" is a tub someone could build a real saw with and possibly a blade if it didn't get bent bt trying to cut a rock with it. The old HP may be more than you can afford right now but it's selling for less than it could.

I sold the last old HP 14 for 1750 and the guy was glad to get it.
I dont see how the vise on the 24" tightens down, looks like it might be a problem.

I would rather buy my stuff for a little lower and put some time and love into the machine to learn it better
