It's been three long years since I've made a posting. I had to move to Missouri from Texas and I finally got access to Internet. I've missed chatting with all my rock buddies. Two months after I moved here I was involved in a devastating motor scooter accident and due to injuries incurred, my rockhounding has been severely curtailed and I am waiting to return to the VA hospital to have my second and hopefully last leg surgery. I miss the South Texas ranch I worked where I found tons of petrified wood, jasper, agates, and even a few arrowheads. If anyone knows of any good rocks to be found in Missouri, please leg me know. All I've found so far are "leaverites", rocks that you leave right where you find them. I'll sign off for now and wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
