I'm interested in a SFRB with some smaller, tumbling sized agates Your addicted to jasper? Have you ever walked along the Yellowstone River? It's a jasper lovers dream come true. If I get time this afternoon / evening I'll try to get a few pics of some stones I've been collecting. Hopefully you can help me identify some as well. From what I understand much of the rock found in this area (Sidney Mt) isn't native rock so finding info etc on the internet isn't always there. It's like I know what I've got but technically it's not from the area so I can't find that confirmation. I hope that made sense

Rule of thumb with shipping heavy and bulky things... If you think it *might* rip/tear/blow-out/bust/explode/crush/etc.,....it most likely will. Be confident with your tape and tape-job...or don't ship. See if you can find a picture of one of Jeremy/ txrockhunter 's MFRB of San Jancito agates...Seal Team Six couldn't blow into those boxes!<grin> When I send heavy boxes,I just about use the whole roll of packing tape on the box, especially the seams...

That isn't all that comes out of the Yellowstone River.......The further west you go the more colorful the jaspers and petwood get too.... Hence, these slabs I cut for my Nephew in Billings...(Yellowstone River finds)

This one takes the cake - no, the whole damn bakery!!! - but they are all swell.

I'm not sure that Paypal sends an address if you are using the "gift" (send money to family or friends) option. Wendy, if you are not getting paid that (gift) way, fees will be taken from Paypal. i looked briefly for the gift option, didn't see it. Does it say "gift" or is it listed under something else? You mentioned family /friends...? We'll go back and take a better look. Thx

Log into Paypal
On your main page up top click Send Money
One of the 3 options on the send money page is: Send money to friends and family
NO fees (for either party) using that option.
Otherwise, it's 3% towards the seller I believe. Which is no biggie when selling something for 50 bucks, but when the amount gets up there, it gets noticeable. Why give money to Paypal if ya don't have to?
ETA: I'm not sure you can use that free option if you send an invoice. Get all the money matters worked out here in PMs and the buyer only needs the email address tied to your Paypal account to pay.

I won't send money as a gift due to people scamming these days. Someone doesn't send me an invoice then they don't get my money. I also send an invoice when selling, just so we both have a record of what is being sold/exchanged.

If you send as a service or goods then you are covered, too. Saved my a** a few things. Remember George? He may have been before you were here. He took a lot of people. He almost took me for about 600.00. Paypal paid me back- Thank goodness. I am not suggesting that Wendy would do that. Just commenting. I think she has proven through recent sales that she's good to go.

What sales? Where is the feedback of successful sales with satisfied recipients? (Maybe I missed it...shame on me if so, there are only 12 PAGES to this thread ) Purple Pixie, George, the list goes on.... Hope this goes well for all parties involved, but I look forward to this thread not top lining the Recent Posts listing. Anyways, cheers EDIT - I stand corrected --just saw the post above and pics. My bad. Cheers
