Up by the Glendive intake is a good spot, but I'm sure any spot that looks promising would tag some color..

It would be fun though. So are there people specifically searching for gold on the Yellowstone? I haven't heard much talk about it really

Makes me think the prices for Montana agate are WAY too high! i welcome your opinion. From what we've seen, the prices are reasonable and when you add quality to the equation, you're definitely getting what you paid for. But hey ya know... It's impossible to please everyone. We try

Wendy will be around soon or later she is spending time with family for the next week she will talk about the photos when she has time Walt thx my friend fir helping me out. I'm back in Wisconsin till next week, visiting family, spending my time with my amazing 23 yr old son and my dog who's 13 yrs old. Both are very important to me so rock talk chat is minimal. It's a mom thing

Try buying Montana's out here in Oregon!!!!!! They are going for $12.00 a pound!! I don't buy them out here, because of that, but I still look...LOL I my opinion,if a person wants something bad enough, they will buy it,I see that on Ebay all the time.... Bigsky's prices are fair on market prices.....

Maybe since it doesn't look like I'll be meeting with RTH'ers at McDermitt's, I might try for Montana agates on the way west...or are they all under snow in late April

If your talking along the Yellowstone river then it depends on the amount of snow there is up river. Being relatively new to the area, my expertise is limited but I do know the river is constantly changing, making room for constant adventures. The snow will probably be gone but the water level can be an issue
