I purchased some petrified colla-wood which came in today. It is a pretty stone with some amazing colors from the the malachite, azurite, and chrysocolla. Dry photos This piece has a great fortification with some druse malachite. Close up "Waterfall" Wet photos This is a second piece, wet, that has nice druse I will slab the first piece eventually..for now, I have it in the middle of the dining room table which is annoying the heck out of my wife lol I think it makes a heck of a centerpiece

I hope it slabs out well. The tricky part is going to be the fortification. I really would like to get it in a slab... I really like the colors on that, did you find it on Ebay? Curious minds want to know... Erich, I purchased it direct from Turkey through a dealer there. I don't buy much from eBay sellers. I have had very mixed results
