Pretty photo. Our freesias are in bloom, too. Do yoursstandup straight? Outs are mostly flat on the ground.

I believe that freesias have been bred with flowers so large that they tend to lay down. Probably direct light and less nitrogen might give a stronger stem.

Phosphorus added to the soil mix might also give a larger and stronger stem.
