Out-freakin'-standing!Not often that I comment on a batch of tumbled rocks anymore, but you absolutely nailed these.

Does not get better than that. And even better, done in a rotary. Hats off Don.

Really nice polish on those! I put a few montanas in my rotary, I hope they come out even a quarter as good as that!

Outstanding material paired up with the right guy to tumble them. One of the best batches I have seen.

You never stop amazing me with your tumbles. I have some that have been rolling for what seems like forever. Darn those things are hard. You have some great photography skills too.

Beautiful! I have two Lortone 12# barrels of Montana rolling now. Coming along but only two months. You've encouraged me to keep that stage one rolling longer!

That pretty much establishes the "benchmark" of tumbling. When someone says "Are my rocks finished yet", rather than providing detailed explanations, we can simply say "Do they look like these?" and link to this post.
You may want to consider the World Rock Tumbling competition.
Darryl.

You may want to consider the World Rock Tumbling competition. Darryl. I think that's a terrible idea.
