Love James' carvings. They remind of cocoons and alien eggs. James lives in Texas agate country and finds awesome materials. James' Facebook link: www.facebook.com/JamesLopez.Digipod/photos_allcoral nymph: samples of James' work, self explanatory:

Carvers, knappers, tumblers, cab makers should mix with silversmiths. Silversmith can make such creations shine-pun.

Its sooooo rare to get anyone to collaborate. Trying to find someone to come up with a viable design for my dragonfly now for 3 years.

Stayed in Alpine for a spell, was amazed at the demographics. art people and hard core ranchers. Not much in-between. Zapata is totally Spanish-American, hard working bunch. Friday night kids at McDonalds w/hot rods, reminded me of my high school days. Refreshing.
