Size...the large agates are the fancy agates, the smalller group is the trim saw agates, next is the tumblers and then the petrified wood. Lots of good stuff in each group...

I decided to put together an assortment of different size agates, petrified wood, tumblers, trim saw agates and jasper and sell as an assortment. $160.00 each pm Wendy if you want any of these forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/user/7231 I'm surprised no one jumped on this, the top grade agates alone will make for some beautiful slabs/cabs. And if trim saw material is your thing, you'll love these Montana's. Its a super deal and and I will take $20.00 off. You won't be disappointed...

Adding something to indicate size (such as a ruler, your hand, a Bic lighter or even a Quarter) may help as would the weight of each lot.
No tellin' whether some of these rocks are the size of a baking potato or if several would fit in the palm of your hand.

Wendy, these are some big prices for your stuff. You def need to take some notes when you/have someone else post for you. Weight and sizes go a long way in selling rocks. Try selling on some lapidary groups on FB and get in the hang of posting and seeing what people require of you so you don't get bashed again here. ~~BigSky~~

I don't expect weights to be exact. If they say 20#. I expect somewhere in the neighborhood.

I will post new pictures today everyone. I'll include weight, whats included and sizes. Someone mentioned the cost of each, it probably appears that way but it's a great deal. One fancy agate alone should get you what you put into it.Then theres trim saw agates in each that excellent for canning, tumblers and petrified wood. Its a great deal for the price in my opinion...

Best to take photographs with a coin in the photo with the rocks... Like a 50 cent piece or silver dollar.....Or maybe paper dollar bill too...

I think what has possibly happened,is that the people that wanted to purchase Montana rough have done so.and possibly the interest has dwindled.i believe members now know who's got the killer Montanas for sale.just my two sense,I just feel like your frustrated folks aren't snatching up your goods. Yeah, but some folks don't see 50 cent pieces or silver dollars very often. Come to think of it, I seldom see a dollar bill... How about simply a ruler or tape measure laid in amongst the stones? It's nice to have a clean, unobstructed photo of rocks, but it's the rocks being sold and not the photos. As far as folks can tell, without something in the picture to compare them to they could be the size of a pea or the size of a 5-gallon bucket.

Some sellers on FB and eBay are bad about zooming in. So what you think may be fist size turns out to be finger nail sized. I've been burned a few times like that. Live and learn
