some really nice cuts there! I'm always fascinated with the flow patterns of Obsidian and how T eggs developed.

What is your method to dress out a blade. I hear many different methods.

What is your method to dress out a blade. I hear many different methods. Mine is crude,but works very well-I take the blade off the machine,lay it on a piece of shaped plywood on my work bench.... Take a course file and start working the edges of the blade,going in a circular motion...Than I just set the blade up and wack the end of the blade with the file,all the way around the circumference of the blade....(Firm taps) It "POPS" diamonds out like crazy....Put the blade back on the saw and chase it with some Obsidian for an hour or so...

That sounds pretty simple, I got a 18 inch n the wall that needs it. Cut this piece this morning, not a very good picture but it shows the lace,

That is a nice one.......Ever cut is different too,I like that about Obsidian..... Hoping to head over the mountain in a few weeks to Glass Buttes again and load up....
