I cut this piece this morning, I was thinking before I cut it that it was Hampton Butte, but now no so. Don't have clue where it came from Nice dark green moss. Different than Maury Mountain moss.

That's a gorgeous moss! I bet it would be fabulous in a doublet like a few guys here have done.

There are several sources for green moss agate but your material looks very much like the green moss found near Carey, ID (not Oregon). Carey, ID is in south-central ID, not too far from Sun Valley. Whatever the source you have an outstanding piece.

Don't have clue where it came from It came from my yard and it's time to send it back nice moss! In that case I want to dig in your yard. A number of years ago the wife bought a lot of rock at an estate sale. My back has not been the same since. This piece I had sitting on retaining wall geting wasted off by the rain for a few years. The edges were a muddy dark green and I thought it was another piece of Hampton butte, tho it did not look right. I walked by it one to many times so I picked it up and took it to the saw. I do have a lot of big pieces of Maury Mountain moss. Probably collected in the 60's.
