Has anyone ever heard of or seen brecciated bruneau? I bought these two small slabs today - the lady absolutely insisted they were brecciated bruneau. I told her I thought it looked like chapenite but again, she swore up and down it was very rare brecciated bruneau. Any opinions?

My opinion is WOW! Never seen anything like it. Doesn't really seem like Bruneau color palette. Maybe the most colorful Chapenite ever! Looks like it exploded then healed. Craig

I would say chapenite, too. It doesn't have the look or colors of bruno. It's amazing, though, whatever it actually is.

no idea where she got Bruneau out of that. Wishful thinking? Unnecessary because it is already beautiful enough.

I concur, really colorful Ft. Irwin chapenite or maybe China ( Siam) Siding material. I'd lean towards Siam Siding because of the bright colors....Mel
