Easy jerky. 500F peanut oil, meat cut to jerky strips, cook 3-5 minutes. Marinate before if desired, if not refrigerate/freeze. Deer converted to jerky eat fewer plants.

MMMmmmmm..... venison jerky.... The warden says kill as many as possible. Got the butcher/cooking thing figured to the nines. Long blade machete and saw, great practice for serial killer tendencies. Coyotes fight over the entrails 100 yards behind the house, gotta record that hair raising racket. Rather amazing Tela.

I love that nose peeping out into the frame. That smell has to make the dogs crazy!
