There are white seams that are in the stone. Quite soft 4-5.

This is what our pudding stone looks like here in Michigan . It gets its name because it the chert and jasper pieces look like fruit in pudding. The white area is quartzite. Chuck

Scott all three materials that I can see in this conglomerate do not react to acid.

The brown areas, hardness ~7. The grey area ~4.

Interesting brad. Could be your version of puddingstone. But the lightning streaks forming in both soft and hard areas are special.
Call it what you lie! Its a rock for gosh sakes. If you like it, that is what counts. Rock on!
