I bought new wheels from JSGems. (Second set from him aside from the one that came on my Gene.) I went to swap out my wheels, and found that the 600 Nova wheel, was really not up to snuff. As far as I can tell, the wheels are boxed and sealed at Diamond Pacific, so it wasn't like John purposely sent me a bad wheel. He just pulled one off the shelf. I was dying to get some agates cabbed, but I knew that wheel would not do, so I emailed John and asked for a swap. Not only did he agree, but he priority mailed it within the hour!!!! It's awesome to have a supplier who offers such great after sale care. Sometimes, things do go wrong. They just do. It's nice to have a real person to help take care of an issue. Thanks John!!! |

John is a grest guy! I really missed seeing him at Q this year but had to fly home to Va for to see my Mommy and stay with her until she passed. Next year tho I b there wide open again!

When I left with my panties in a bunch I had 5016 posts. I have thought about putting that in my avatar but it doesn't matter because most of the old timers on here will vouch for me. You should have added trustworthy and bad comic as adjectives to troll but I believe I do put a smile on a few faces once in a while. If I come off as a smart ass once in a while often my intention is to be humorus. I spent quite a bit of time talking with John and his wife (captive audience because they were in their booth) and they are both a hoot. John is one of the most honest people I have ever met and he is very generous to the people on RTH. Most of the things I buy (not that much) that are rock related I buy from John and Tony because they have both been very good to me and I know they will fix any problems that arise. Jim |
