So, I was watching eBay when this really sweet little slab of bone popped up. I grabbed it. Who could blame me, right? Especially since I bought from this guy before and it went smoothly. This is an image from the ad. I got it today. Granted in this photo it is not wet, but I assure you wet doesn't look any better. It is like a muddy dark red in person. 99.9% of the time, I am perfectly happy with my dealings on eBay. This isn't one of those times. Funny though. What was he thinking? I wouldn't notice?

Hmmm, good luck with that one. If you are keeping it, I would like to see what you do with it. Maybe a fresh layer will be outstanding!!

Man, it looks like he used the color enhancement button on that one. Good dino bone is so hard to find except at outrageous prices now. Should have bought dino bone way back when instead of silver *L*....Mel

Is satisfaction guaranteed? I'm gonna email him today and see what he says. I'd just as soon keep it even though it's not what it is supposed to be.

Oh dear... raise an isse not as described?
My recent chrysocolla buy comes a close second. I did raise an issue, based on the fact it was clearly a different stone, different size, colour and constituent minerals (tho Chrys was present).
The reply came "All of my crystals are well loved, i work with the angelic realm and always put love and light into anything i do and especially reiki energise all of my crystals before sending out. I will refund the item plus the cost of postage to send back. I would rather do this than have any of my crystals cut up"... know that i am always fair and truthful in everything i do"
How sweet is that?

Can you find the fingerprint evidence tha proves he sent the correct slab? Maybe he grabbed the wrong one? Just a thought.

@shotgunner, the dimensions are right. I think he just got overly zealous with the Photoshop.

Are you able to find the "A" in the slab you got? Did this get resolved? Andrea

Are you able to find the "A" in the slab you got? Did this get resolved? Andrea Good eye! I kept it since I got a good price. Here it is cabbed. Not horrible, but not what was pictured.
